1. We are a B2B trade brokerage (무역 알선·중개)

UWONIT GLOBAL (유원잇 글로벌) operates an online platform that introduces overseas B2B buyers to verified Korean manufacturers. We are not a seller of any goods listed on the platform. We do not own, hold, ship, clear, warehouse, or take title to any product. We do not process or hold consumer payments — buyers and manufacturers transact directly with each other under their own bilateral contract.

저희는 한국 공급사와 해외 바이어 간 B2B 상품 거래를 소개·알선하는 무역 알선·중개자이며, 거래의 직접 당사자가 아닙니다. 상품의 소유·발송·통관·보관·자금 보관 등 어떠한 거래 책임도 부담하지 않습니다.

* 본 서비스는 자체 거래·결제 매개 없이 사업자 간(B2B) 정보 매칭만을 제공하므로, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 상 통신판매업·통신판매중개업 신고 의무 비대상에 해당합니다 (관할 지자체 공식 안내, 2026-05-22).

2. Limited liability (책임 한정)

As a B2B trade broker, we are not liable for any of the following:

• · Quality, fitness, safety, or compliance of any product offered by Korean manufacturers on the platform.
• · Performance, delivery, customs clearance, or post-sale obligations of the underlying B2B contract between buyer and manufacturer.
• · Pricing, quotation, sample, payment terms, or any other commercial terms negotiated directly between the parties.
• · Tax, customs, regulatory, certification, or labeling responsibility of exported goods — these remain with the supplier (regulatoryResponsibility = SUPPLIER on every product record).
• · Disputes, claims, indemnities, or breach arising from the contract between buyer and manufacturer.

We will, however, cooperate in good faith to mediate disputes and to provide reasonable information held by us as the platform operator.

3. Funds flow (자금흐름)

All goods payments flow directly between buyer and supplier — typically via international wire (T/T), L/C, or licensed payment providers chosen by the parties. UWONIT GLOBAL does not hold or route buyer funds at any stage. Our only revenue is a matching commission, billed to the supplier separately after a successful introduction. This pattern is fixed and audited internally under compliance rule R2/R3.

If you have a complaint about a transaction introduced through this platform, please contact us first at uwonit2026@gmail.com within 7 business days. We will facilitate communication with the counterparty. For unresolved disputes, you may also use:
