UWONIT GLOBAL is a B2B trade introduction service. We are an independent third party whose function is limited to (i) curating verified Korean manufacturers, (ii) facilitating warm introductions with manufacturer consent, and (iii) providing informational trade-standard reference materials.

We are not, and our acts do not constitute, those of an exporter, importer, seller, reseller, distributor, freight forwarder, customs broker, carrier, escrow agent, financial institution, or agent of record for either party. Buyers and manufacturers contract directly and remain solely responsible for their respective obligations.

No regulatory or compliance advice

Information about Incoterms, HS codes, MFDS / FDA / CE / FCC registration, customs duties, VAT, FX, or other regulatory topics on this site is informational only. It is not legal, tax, customs, or regulatory advice. Rules change frequently and depend on jurisdiction, product, and trade lane. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that any specific introduction will result in a quote, sample, contract, shipment, or successful import. Manufacturers may decline inquiries for any reason — capacity, category fit, channel conflict, or otherwise. Sample lead times, MOQs, and prices shown on listings are indicative and subject to the manufacturer's confirmation at the time of quotation.

Product information accuracy

Product listings are populated from manufacturer-supplied data and public bestseller / export records. While we apply reasonable verification (BRN check, factory existence, brand ownership where applicable), we do not test products, audit quality systems, or certify regulatory fit. Images, ingredient lists, certifications, and capacity figures are presented as received and may be out of date.

No held funds, no escrow

UWONIT GLOBAL does not collect, hold, transfer, or remit funds on behalf of either the buyer or the manufacturer. All transaction payments are made directly between the parties using their chosen banking or payment channel. Any communication instructing payment to a UWONIT-controlled account for the underlying purchase price should be treated as suspect and reported to us immediately.

Sanctions, export controls, restricted goods

Buyers are responsible for verifying that intended purchases and end-uses comply with all applicable sanctions, export- control, and import-control regimes (including but not limited to OFAC, EU restrictive measures, UN sanctions, and Korea Strategic Items Control). UWONIT GLOBAL declines introductions involving prohibited goods, sanctioned counterparties, dual-use technologies, or jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions.
